Nur Sajat’s assets to be seized for failing to pay damages

The Shah Alam High Court has requested that resources having a place with Nur Sajat be seized after the beauty care products business visionary neglected to pay her stockist RM200,000 in harms.

The court request was given by delegate recorder Farah Wahida Md Nor on Nov 22 after an application by Nurwati Hussin, 41, and Mohamed Syakir Hussin, 32, of OWA Resources Sdn Bhd.

The choice was made after the High Court observed that Sajat had not given any report on the harms when she lost her allure at the Court of Appeal in April.

Attorneys Nurul Hafidzah Hassan and Zeti Zulkifli , who addressed Nurwati and Syakir, said their customers were centered around gathering the sum.

The held onto resources, they said, would be offered to recuperate the aggregate.

“The writ to seize and sell the resources was stuck at the litigant’s premises today and assuming the respondent neglects to pay the total, every one of the resources will be seized and unloaded on Dec 14.

“In case the cash gathered from the sale is inadequate, the litigants will hold onto different resources which can be sold,” they said in an assertion.

In July, a chapter 11 notification was documented against Sajat, who has since escaped to Australia, after she neglected to settle the aggregate.
